For Your Special Day
More than a painting, a live wedding artwork becomes a treasured heirloom. One that tells your story for generations to come. My heart as an artist is to add beauty and meaning to both your wedding day and your home. I love watching your guests become part of the experience, drawn into the unfolding of your love through art.
What To Expect
Before Your Wedding
Check Availability
Wedding planning can feel overwhelming, and my desire is to make this part of your journey simple and enjoyable.
The first step is to check my availability for your wedding date and location. This not only saves you time, but also gives us an opportunity to begin connecting. Simply fill out the Check Availability form below, and I will respond promptly.
At that time, I will confirm my availability and offer 2–3 consultation times so we can begin discussing your vision. If I am already booked, no worries—I would still love to create a meaningful Before & After wedding painting for you as a personalized commission. You can learn more about that process here.
First Zoom Consultation
I truly love getting to know my couples.
During this call, we’ll connect and explore the vision you have for your wedding painting. Don’t worry if you’re unsure where to begin—I’ll guide you with thoughtful questions, ideas, and options to help bring clarity.
Together, we’ll explore your artistic preferences—whether expressive, abstract, or realistic—as well as color palette, canvas size, and the perfect moment or pose to capture.
Contract and Pricing
I offer three thoughtfully designed packages to fit your vision.
After our consultation, I will send a custom contract outlining the details of your wedding painting. To officially reserve your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit are required. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your wedding.
For the 2026 season, collections begin at $2,200. Pricing increases each season to reflect demand and to honor the lasting value of your investment. You can view full package details here.
Review Zoom Consultation
Depending on your timeline, I like to schedule a final review call about one month before your wedding.
During this meeting, we’ll revisit all the details to ensure everything feels just right—from colors and style to background and pose. If possible, I also love including your wedding planner to confirm space accommodations, as I will need approximately a 4’ x 6’ area for my easel and materials.
Two weeks before your wedding, I’ll reach out briefly to confirm that everything is in place and provide your final payment link.
Then… we’re all set. I truly look forward to being part of your celebration.
On Your Wedding Day
My Arrival
From the moment I arrive, my intention is to create a painting that feels as alive and meaningful as your wedding day itself.
I arrive approximately two hours before your ceremony to set up, connect with your planner or event team, and begin sketching and painting the background. As your guests arrive, I enjoy engaging with them—adding an interactive and memorable element to your celebration.
-
Essential Collection
I paint for up to 4 hours during your ceremony and cocktail hour, capturing the heart of your day as it unfolds. Final details are completed in my studio. -
Timeless Collection
I paint and engage with your guests for up to 6 hours, continuing through dinner and reception, capturing your love through color, movement, and texture. Final refinements are completed in my studio. -
Luxury Heirloom Collection
I paint for up to 8 hours, fully immersing in your day and capturing your story in every brushstroke. Your painting may be completed—or nearly complete—before I leave, allowing for a special reveal.
At the end of the evening, I carefully pack your painting and bring it back to my studio, where I refine details, deepen color, and seal the piece with a high-quality archival varnish.
After Your Wedding
Once your painting has fully dried and been varnished, typically within 3–4 weeks, it will be prepared for display with gallery-quality hanging wire, ready to grace your home the moment it arrives.
During this time, I also complete any additional package elements before carefully packaging your artwork for shipment. If you are local, I am honored to hand-deliver your painting to you.
Your piece becomes more than a memory—it becomes a treasured heirloom, preserving the beauty and emotion of your wedding day for years to come.
