Shipping Policy
I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means so much to me that you want to have my art in your home. As an art collector myself, I can tell you that art truly transforms your atmosphere.
Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via doreen@dettaart.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement print shipped out at no additional cost to you. For original artwork that cannot be easily replaced, I will work with you for a replacement order.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at doreen@dettaart.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.
I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
