Joy leaps within me as the King turns His ear to me. 
He is always attentive, always listening for my voice, 
my song, and my soul swirls with delight.

My heart is confident in You, O Lord. 
No wonder I can sing Your praises with all my heart!
For Your unfailing love is higher than the heavens. 
Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.
Be exalted, O God, above the highest heavens.
 
This painting was a joy to experience. The brushstrokes, 
the freedom and being able to express what was within me. 
Sometimes, a painting expresses it’s own joy—this one did just that 
with hidden faces (I had no idea I had painted them until it was finished!)
